Company wins coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for excellence in Leadership Development

The 2022 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards are given for work in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Future of Work. The winning program was Cross River’s Leadership Summits which won a Gold award in the Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Program category.

The series of Summits created by Cross River’s Learning and Development team brought together a group of over 200 leaders over a series of 5 Summits that offered extensive opportunities to strengthen their: internal networking, reflect on their leadership roles, clarify their responsibilities as a manager, enhance their teambuilding efforts, and engage with various levels of leadership, including executives of the company. This unique offsite in-person Summit was a full day experience that concluded with presentations to an executive panel.

“Excellence Award winners distinguish themselves through their growing understanding that all the functions of HCM are integrated and must work together to move businesses forward,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, leader of the HCM Excellence Awards program.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits. Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2023, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
