Cleo Names Sameer Katiyar Chief Financial Officer

Katiyar brings more than 20 years of experience in the software and technology sectors, holding CFO and other finance leadership positions spanning financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, corporate development, operations, and business transformation in public company and private equity (PE) environments.

Before joining Cleo, Katiyar served as CFO at SAI360 in Chicago, and prior to that was CFO of Infogix, Inc. based in Naperville. He was instrumental in driving successful growth initiatives at both of these SaaS businesses. Katiyar also held several strategic finance positions during a 15+ year career with Sabre Corporation in Dallas, Texas. He holds a BE degree from the University of Gorakhpur (India) and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

At Cleo, Katiyar will oversee the company’s global Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate IT functions. He will report to Mahesh Rajasekharan, Cleo’s President and CEO.
