Give With Gopuff: Matching Product Donations to The Volunteer Florida Foundation up to $1 Million

Today, Gopuff launched Give With Gopuff, an in-app donation tool enabling customers across the country to send everyday essentials to those in need. When customers purchase an item from the Give With Gopuff collection, Gopuff will match that in-kind donation and deliver all donated products to the Volunteer Florida Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and the state’s lead agency for volunteerism and national service. Give With Gopuff was created in less than 48 hours so that customers nationwide could contribute to hurricane relief efforts through donations of water, toilet paper, first aid, non-perishable food, pet food, diapers, and more — all items that local impacted citizens and shelters need.

Gopuff assembled and distributed hundreds of care packages for our local operations team members, ensuring employees had essentials like food, toilet paper, paper towels, water and batteries. Transportation and meals were also provided to those working this week before fulfillment centers closed for the storm.

In the coming days, Gopuff will remain in close contact with local relief organizations and government agencies to evaluate additional opportunities to support local communities impacted by Hurricane Milton.
