In her role, Vanessa will lead Prolink’s go-to-market workforce solutions strategy, overseeing national sales efforts and driving the development of customized, cost-efficient solutions tailored to client needs. Her focus includes expanding Prolink’s capabilities in full-scale managed service provider (MSP) programs and total contingent workforce solutions — empowering healthcare organizations to optimize labor spend, strengthen talent pipelines, and ultimately improve patient care outcomes.

In these roles, she led total workforce strategy and consultative solutions for Fortune 500 clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, optimizing talent through MSP, RPO, and enterprise staffing models. Throughout her career, Vanessa has forged and led numerous strategic partnerships and previously served on the board of HRO Today, contributing to the advancement of workforce innovation across the industry.
