Keynote and Executive Highlights

Blue Yonder CEO Duncan Angove, along with several company leaders, will share the latest product innovations, developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and agentic AI, and customer success stories.

Microsoft’s Scott Guthrie, executive vice president, Cloud and AI Group, will be speaking during the opening general session. He will discuss the importance of a resilient and secure cloud and share Microsoft’s recent advancements in these areas and its latest AI innovations.

Award-winning actress Nicole Kidman will close out ICON 2025. Kidman’s awards include an Academy Award, several Golden Globes, a Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Award, and an Emmy Award. The invitation-only ICON Executive Exchange presented by Microsoft features a curated program for company executives to network and share perspectives and experiences on driving supply chain sustainability, resilience, and reinvention. This year’s Executive Exchange will feature a keynote by retired U.S. Army Gen. Gustave F. Perna. Gen. Perna previously served as the chief operating officer of Operation Warp Speed, overseeing the logistics of the U.S. federal government's distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine. During his session, “A Call To Lead,” Gen. Perna will discuss how supply chain companies can innovate and transform. In addition, Kathleen Mitford, corporate vice president of Global Industry Marketing at Microsoft, will share how business leaders can lean into AI innovations.

GXO Logistics’ Nizar Trigui, chief technology officer, will be the first to join Blue Yonder’s CEO for a mainstage discussion about how an AI-driven, end-to-end supply chain can drive value and increase speed and resiliency.
