MACH Alliance Announces 2025 MACH Impact Award Winners

Sephora and FLEETLOOP earn top honors for their digital projects that leveraged MACH principles, as announced during The Composable Conference

The MACH Alliance, a not-for-profit industry body dedicated to advocating for open, best-of-breed technology ecosystems, has revealed the winners of its fourth annual MACH Impact Awards, with Sephora and FLEETLOOP earning the coveted Grand Prix honors. The awards program capped off the second night of The Composable Conference 2025, the organization’s global annual event, held April 22-24 in Chicago.

“FLEETLOOP epitomizes my definition of a digital experience winner,” said Miya Knights, Impact Awards co-chair and director and publisher of Retail Technology Magazine. “The company disrupted its industry, slashed costs, and delivered rapid, end-to-end innovation that seamlessly marries an outstanding customer front end with efficient operational back-end systems.”

The prestigious awards shine a spotlight on future-proof solutions that drive measurable business value and solve complex technical challenges by leveraging and deploying MACH and composable approaches. Overall, the MACH Alliance handed out 14 MACH Impact Awards, recognizing projects from focus industries, project teams, and individuals.

The newly introduced Best Platform Transformation Project dominated this year’s awards with a total of 31 entries. Sephora and Loto-Québec earned the competitive award, which recognizes the transformation of an existing legacy platform to incorporate MACH technologies and deliver strong business outcomes.
