Houston Attorney Megan Williams Joins Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger

Firm welcomes experienced lawyer with background in energy industry

Attorney Megan Williams has joined the Houston trial firm Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger (BOWS) as Counsel.

“We are exceptionally pleased to welcome Megan as a member of our team,” said firm co-founder David Bissinger. “She brings a deep understanding of the core issues that most impact our clients.”

Ms. Williams has broad experience in representing public and private companies, as well as entrepreneurs and individuals, in a wide range of civil disputes, regulatory actions, and commercial transactions, with a focus on advising clients in the energy industry, often serving in the role of outside general counsel.

Her extensive counseling and transactional work has included mergers, acquisitions, formation of business entities, reorganizations, sales of businesses, real estate lease and loan transactions, as well as intellectual property, environmental, and employment matters.

A 2004 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, she served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Houston Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Barons. She earned her undergraduate degree in 1999 from The University of Texas.
