(NYSE: VICI) (“VICI Properties”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.4325 per share of common stock for the period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025. The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 18, 2025.
