Mr. Bowers brings more than 15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, and federal investigations. Most recently, he served as Narcotics Division Sergeant with the Chester County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina, where he supervised investigative teams and provided incident command for major operations. During this time, he also served as a Task Force Officer with the FBI, partnering with federal agents to investigate and dismantle criminal organizations. Before that, Mr. Bowers served as a DEA Task Force Officer, directing joint operations that targeted and disrupted large-scale drug trafficking networks.

He is also a graduate of the Carolina Command College and the LECC Narcotics Commanders School, achievements that reflect his commitment to advancing his expertise in the field of law enforcement.
