WisdomTree Leaders Recognized on INvolve’s 2025 ‘Heroes Role Model Lists supported by YouTube’

Award recognizes individuals paving the way for increased representation and inclusion in the workplace

(NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator, today announced that three of its leaders have been recognized on INvolve’s 2025 ‘Heroes Role Model Lists supported by YouTube.’ Marci Frankenthaler, Chief Legal Officer, was featured on The Heroes Executives Role Model List, while Lauren Pfendt, Associate, Portfolio Solutions, and Leah Moore, Senior Marketing Coordinator, were named to The Heroes Future Leaders Role Model List.

INvolve’s ‘Heroes Role Model Lists supported by YouTube’ spotlight women executives, emerging women leaders and advocates for women in business. Honorees on these lists are recognized for their impactful contributions for advancing gender inclusion globally and serve as benchmarks for driving progress in the workplace.

The Heroes Executives Role Model List

Marci Frankenthaler, Chief Legal Officer, has made significant strides in fostering inclusion. Marci founded WisdomTree’s WIN, and as its executive sponsor, she provides strategic leadership, facilitates executive roundtables and actively participates in mentorship initiatives. She also helped establish WisdomTree’s global Communication and Connection Collective (C3), which ensures equitable recruiting, feedback and promotion processes. These initiatives have empowered women across the organization and helped to create a culture of belonging. This is Marci’s second consecutive year being selected for the Heroes Executive Roles Models List.

The Heroes Future Leaders Role Model List

Lauren Pfendt, Associate, Portfolio Solutions, is being recognized for the second consecutive year for her leadership in advancing women in financial services. As Co-Chair of WisdomTree’s WIN, she has played a pivotal role in driving the group’s strategic direction, leading sub-committees, managing budgets and facilitating mentorship programs that empower colleagues and aspiring professionals. Lauren also has spearheaded a range of high-impact initiatives, including quarterly book clubs, charitable giving, roundtable discussions on inclusivity and sponsorship opportunities for women college students at industry conferences. Outside WisdomTree, she contributes to Women in ETFs, strengthening career development and partnerships across the industry.

Leah Moore, Senior Marketing Coordinator, is a passionate advocate for women's inclusion and career growth and development. As WIN Co-Chair, Leah leads initiatives like Women’s History Month events, a cross-departmental mentorship program and a career advancement training series. Leah has also grown WIN’s visibility through its LinkedIn showcase page, strengthening engagement and outreach. Beyond WisdomTree, Leah participates in the Women in ETFs South Mentorship Program, working with her mentor on career growth and industry engagement.
