About Cabling Installation & Maintenance

Our mission: Bringing practical business and technical intelligence to today's structured cabling professionals

For more than 30 years, Cabling Installation & Maintenance has provided useful, practical information to professionals responsible for the specification, design, installation and management of structured cabling systems serving enterprise, data center and other environments. These professionals are challenged to stay informed of constantly evolving standards, system-design and installation approaches, product and system capabilities, technologies, as well as applications that rely on high-performance structured cabling systems. Our editors synthesize these complex issues into multiple information products. This portfolio of information products provides concrete detail that improves the efficiency of day-to-day operations, and equips cabling professionals with the perspective that enables strategic planning for networks’ optimum long-term performance.

Throughout our annual magazine, weekly email newsletters and 24/7/365 website, Cabling Installation & Maintenance digs into the essential topics our audience focuses on.

  • Design, Installation and Testing: We explain the bottom-up design of cabling systems, from case histories of actual projects to solutions for specific problems or aspects of the design process. We also look at specific installations using a case-history approach to highlight challenging problems, solutions and unique features. Additionally, we examine evolving test-and-measurement technologies and techniques designed to address the standards-governed and practical-use performance requirements of cabling systems.
  • Technology: We evaluate product innovations and technology trends as they impact a particular product class through interviews with manufacturers, installers and users, as well as contributed articles from subject-matter experts.
  • Data Center: Cabling Installation & Maintenance takes an in-depth look at design and installation workmanship issues as well as the unique technology being deployed specifically for data centers.
  • Physical Security: Focusing on the areas in which security and IT—and the infrastructure for both—interlock and overlap, we pay specific attention to Internet Protocol’s influence over the development of security applications.
  • Standards: Tracking the activities of North American and international standards-making organizations, we provide updates on specifications that are in-progress, looking forward to how they will affect cabling-system design and installation. We also produce articles explaining the practical aspects of designing and installing cabling systems in accordance with the specifications of established standards.

By: Get News

Beisen Holding Limited ("Beisen Holding" or the "Company," stock code: 9669.HK), along with its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group"), is pleased to announce that on August 28, Beisen Holding successfully held its third annual User Hero Conference in Shanghai.

The conference, themed "Together into the AI Era of HR," brought together more than 2,000 industry leaders and HR professionals. The event focused on cutting-edge applications of AI in human resources, offering attendees a forward-thinking and innovative industry event. During the conference, Beisen Holding officially launched AI Family 2.0, a platform featuring 10 major AI assistants and over 500 functionalities that cover more than 50 human resources scenarios. This launch further reinforces Beisen’s leadership in HR SaaS software solutions and AI commercialization.

Beisen's AI Commercialization Leads the Industry, Successfully Validated by Over 500 Clients

Beisen Holding is recognized as a leader in scaling AI commercialization within the HR SaaS sector, leveraging its innovative AI products and deep expertise in talent management. Since its AI commercialization efforts began in 2024, Beisen's AI Agent has been adopted by over 500 clients, with a contract value exceeding RMB 20 million as of August 2025. The company projects that AI revenue will reach RMB 100 million over the next three years, creating a new avenue for growth.

Beisen Holding CEO Ji Weiguo stated, "The combination of three key elements—large-scale AI model technology, vertical-domain know-how with specialized data training, and professional service capabilities—enables a more precise and practical AI Agent." This combination is the foundation of Beisen Holding's leadership in AI commercialization. With 20 years of dedication to talent science and a team of over 200 psychological experts, the company has continuously built and enhanced its expertise in job competencies, assessment techniques, and development methods.

Through the "People Science × AI Agent" approach, Beisen integrates professional talent management methodologies into the underlying training architecture of its AI Agents. This ensures that talent assessment accuracy is industry-leading and is supported by professional, customized services that create a truly intelligent and practical AI product.

AI Family 2.0: 10 AI Assistants Revolutionize Three Core Areas: Recruitment, Learning, and Performance

Beisen Holding's newly launched AI Family 2.0 features 10 AI assistants and over 500 AI features that span more than 50 HR scenarios. This platform offers a more intelligent and efficient talent management solution for businesses. AI Family 2.0 is designed to redefine how HR professionals work in three key areas: AI Recruitment, AI Learning, and AI Performance.

AI Recruitment: AI Interviewer 2.0 focuses on accurate assessments, transitioning from a process-driven approach to an intelligent-matching one. It now covers over 300 positions across 6 industries, with human-machine consistency exceeding 90% and two patents granted. A client, Jinghe Integrated, saw significant results after implementing Beisen's AI Interviewer, with resume screening efficiency increasing by 39% and interview passing rates rising from 45% to 65%.

AI Learning: The platform creates a closed-loop "learning-practice-application" system by integrating AI learning assistants and three types of AI coaches: professional competence, general competency, and leadership. China Pacific Insurance leveraged AI coaching to improve the quality of new insurance agents, while Ting Hsin International Group gave high marks to the AI Leadership Coach for its relevance and practicality.

AI Performance: The AI Performance Assistant streamlines the entire performance management process, from goal setting to evaluation and feedback. It can refine goals using SMART principles and automatically generate final performance reviews, boosting management efficiency.

Dual-Engine Growth Driven by Organic Expansion and M&A, Entering a New Phase of Profitable Growth

In June 2025, Beisen Holding announced its fiscal year 2025 results, reporting a total revenue of RMB 945.1 million, a 10.6% year-over-year increase. Revenue from its Cloud HCM solutions grew by 14.2% to RMB 721.8 million. The company achieved a net operating cash inflow of RMB 76.8 million.

The subscription revenue retention rate remained at 106%, and overall ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reached RMB 908.3 million, marking a 20.1% increase. The ARR for the Core HCM integrated product portion saw a growth rate of 29%. Beisen Holding's acquisition of Ku Xueyuan in January 2025 further solidified its leadership in the learning cloud sector. The company's commercial value is expected to continue to grow, supported by sustained increases in SaaS subscription and AI revenue, as well as its strategic M&A activities. The company projects that it will achieve overall profitability in fiscal year 2026.

Looking ahead, with the recent release of the national "AI+ Action" plan, China's AI development is poised to move from a technology breakthrough phase to a new stage of large-scale industrialization and deep integration into the economy and society. Ji Weiguo stated that Beisen Holding will continue to uphold its "co-creation with clients" philosophy, delving into business scenarios to continuously iterate and optimize its AI products. This will significantly enhance HR efficiency and empower business growth, while solidifying the company's leading position in the industry and creating long-term value for investors.
