The two companies have purchased approximately 165 acres of land in Braker Valley, approximately 15 miles west of Trinity Ranch, a community where the two companies are actively selling single-family homes. Construction is currently slated to start in early 2025, and each builder anticipates opening for sales in the third quarter of 2025.
