Neely Brown joins Boatman Ricci with a diverse background in personal injury, construction, business litigation, and premises liability. Raised in Amarillo, Texas, Neely graduated from Baylor University before earning her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Neely began her career in Texas and built a reputation for her dedication and results-driven approach, representing clients across various sectors. After relocating to Florida, Neely expanded her practice to include cases involving construction defects, condominium and homeowners association issues, and premises liability. Her dual-state experience allows her to provide strategic counsel and advocacy in complex legal matters.

Tylan Ricketts brings a unique blend of experience and education to Boatman Ricci. A native of Southwest Kansas, Tylan earned dual degrees in Philosophy and Theology, with a minor in Classical Languages, from Benedictine College. After four years in seminary, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Ave Maria School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the prestigious St. Ives Award.

Tylan began his legal career with a boutique firm in Fort Myers, focusing on real estate, contract, and HOA litigation. He later joined a Naples firm, expanding his practice to include probate, estate planning, and business formation. Known for his thoroughness and dedication to his clients, Tylan exemplifies the firm’s mission of being “Truth Guided, Relationship Driven.”
