The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Educational Development Corporation will be held on July 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Corporate Offices, 5402 S. 122^nd East Ave in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2022 are entitled to participate in the annual meeting. The proxy statement, accompanying proxy card and the 2022 Annual Report will be mailed on or about June 15, 2022.
