The facility will serve both the Chelsea and Flatiron neighborhoods in Manhattan, offering convenient access to Madison Square Park, the Flatiron Building, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Upgrades to the newly acquired facility will include electric vehicle charging stations, mobile payment integration through the iPark app, and enhanced security systems. The garage will be staffed 24/7 to ensure customer access and reliability.
