Progressions offers ongoing individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health conditions for up to 90 days.

The staff does seem to genuinely care, as I was ready to walk out multiple times, and every single time, they took their time to calm me down and distract me as best they could. I don’t know much about crisis stabilization places, but I wish there was a bit more to do than just watch TV and read, but I understand it’s probably for safety reasons. Also wish the unit wasn’t co-ed, but again, places can only do so much. Both providers I saw were very kind, and I can tell they really want to help you. Again, I want to express how helpful Jason is! He went above and beyond for me in my darkest moments, and I am definitely forever grateful!
