Cats on My Deck is about a cat living outside of a person's home and the six animals living inside of it. It's a story about survival, friendship and how people come to love and respect animals.

About the Author:
Bruce Cortalano is retired from the United States Air Force after serving twenty years, achieving the rank of Major. This was followed by a career in public education, serving both as a teacher and high school administrator. He enjoys reading and making jewelry using semi-precious stones.

Cortalano is married with four grown sons and five wonderful grandchildren. He is a member of the Cold Spring New York American Legion Post 275 and serves on the Veterans and Armed Services Putnam County New York Veterans Memorial Park Advisory Board.
