Relativ receives AWS Education Equity Initiative Grant

With support from the initiative, Relativ aims to create digital learning solutions and democratize access to high-demand job training and interview preparation for students from under-represented and underserved populations worldwide.

Relativ's cutting-edge AI technology supports multilingual participants, providing personalized feedback to enhance their performance in mock interviews. This move is crucial for high school students in under-represented groups, who often face barriers when seeking access to quality education and job training opportunities.

Through this effort, Relativ is already collaborating with several organizations in the AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance to provide mock AI interview practice sessions for technical roles and skills such as cloud support engineering, software development, AI/ML engineering, and more. The initiative's reach spans across Germany, Spain, India, Singapore, Thailand, USA, and other regions.
