The new 53,000-square-foot location will deliver an expanded learning facility, centralized student services, and closer access to key workforce partners.
Bryant & Stratton College has announced plans to relocate its Richmond campus in early 2026, expanding its presence in Chesterfield, one of Virginia’s fastest-growing regions.
The Richmond campus will move to Marwaha Tower 1 101 Gateway Centre Parkway, just five miles from its current Hull Street location. This relocation supports continued enrollment growth, consolidates student services under one roof, and reflects the College’s commitment to career-focused education and workforce readiness. Its proximity to local healthcare facilities strengthens workforce alignment, enabling more student internships and job placements in the region’s growing healthcare and life sciences sectors. The expanded facility also reinforces Bryant & Stratton College’s dedication to delivering high-quality education in a centralized, commuter-friendly setting.
“The Richmond campus reflects our vision for the future of student learning and career preparation,” said Beth Murphy, Market Director at Bryant & Stratton College. “This expansion allows us to grow with our students, offer more personalized support, and deepen our ties with the Richmond area's thriving workforce and community.”
Since 2020, enrollment at Bryant & Stratton College’s Richmond campus has grown by 60%, driven by strong interest in high-demand career fields. The current campus supported this growth but offered limited capacity for future expansion. The relocated facility will add 9,000 square feet, creating space for growing programs and improved services, while offering greater access to students throughout the Richmond area.
The 53,000-square-foot relocated campus spans three floors and includes:
- 18 classrooms
- 3 wet labs
- Dedicated medical assisting and nursing skills labs
- 5 nursing simulation rooms
- A learning hub with full-time librarians and tutoring staff
- A career center and student lounge
- Quiet and group study alcoves throughout the building
The campus design reflects Bryant & Stratton College’s core values:
- Career-Focused Education through hands-on training and real-world learning environments
- Workforce Impact by preparing graduates to fill roles in fast-growing fields across the region
- Convenient Learning Experiences with easy access to transit, flexible study spaces, and centralized services
- Champion of Students by offering tailored support for working adults and non-traditional learners in a welcoming, commuter-friendly space
Strategically located near major interchanges and a public transportation stop, the relocated campus offers high accessibility and visibility. Its location enhances opportunities for local employer partnerships and internship placements, building stronger pipelines between education and employment.
Bryant & Stratton College will continue to offer all of its successful, career-ready programs without interruption. Students will experience a seamless transition, with expanded access to support services and learning resources in the new facility. This new home strengthens the Richmond campus’ identity within the region and signals a new chapter for Bryant & Stratton College in Central Virginia.
