Feedback highlights growth challenges and opportunities to streamline client service
Integrated Partners (“Integrated”), a national financial planning and registered investment advisory (RIA) firm serving more than $21 billion in assets under advisement (AUA), shared insights from its inaugural Ambassador Council meeting, where top advisors emphasized the need for simplicity, mentorship and stronger support to drive organic growth in a competitive environment
The two-day meeting brought together leading advisors to offer candid feedback on how the firm can help them expand their practices and better serve clients. The semiannual event featured updates on firm initiatives, advisor-led feedback sessions and technology demonstrations.
“The council helps us to shape the future of Integrated Partners, arming the firm with the crucial feedback we need to evolve our platform, retain advisors and scale,” said Andree Mohr, president of Integrated Partners. “During the meetings, we discussed every aspect of the business—pain points, growth ideas and how to protect our culture—which should serve as an invaluable catalyst for sustainable organic growth.”
Advisors who attended the event underscored the value of mentorship, coaching and peer-to-peer education, particularly as the graying of the industry continues to pick up speed. They stressed the importance of ensuring that younger professionals thrive with the proper training as practices continue to grow, empowering the next generation of advisors to lead into the future.
“One of the big worries that advisors have is that growth will threaten the level of support that both advisors, and their clients, value,” said Josh Benson, Integrated’s vice president of strategic relations. “The Ambassador Council was launched to reveal advisor concerns so that firm legacies remain intact, via proactive changes based on the learnings.”
Advisors also raised concerns that investment platforms with too many options create complexity and confusion. In response, Integrated is evaluating its own platform, which grew by 22.6% or $3.8 billion in the first seven months of 2025. The management team is reviewing the feedback to implement both immediate and long-term changes.
“Advisors want less noise, and fewer shiny objects,” Mohr said. “At Integrated, it’s all about listening, streamlining and ensuring that we support our advisors so that they can focus on clients. Advisors, and of course their clients, are at the center of every decision. We solve problems together and never make decisions in a vacuum.”
This collaborative culture has helped to fuel Integrated’s growth. In 2024, assets under management rose 20% year over year, outpacing the median industry growth rate of 16.6%, according to the 2025 Schwab RIA Benchmarking Study.
