Extasis (Allan Susoeff) announces the release of his new single, “Heart Chakra: 639 Hz.” The single is recorded at the Solfeggio frequency of 639 Hz, simply and clearly designed to resonate with the heart chakra. The piece is a prelude to a full chakra healing album upcoming before the end of 2025. The goal of this single was to produce a song which would balance the mind and body while working in particular with the “Anahata,” the center of love and compassion. i.e., the heart.
Multiple scientific studies have proved that music, in general, can positively affect the human autonomic and parasympathetic nervous system as well as reduce stress, and the full effects of Solfeggio frequencies are still being studied. However, here is what we do know: Solfeggio frequencies are a set of six or more specific musical frequencies each with its own specific purposes. The original six frequencies are 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, and 852 Hz.
