Extasis (Allan Susoeff) announces the release of his new single, “Heart Chakra: 639 Hz.” The single is recorded at the Solfeggio frequency of 639 Hz, simply and clearly designed to resonate with the heart chakra. The piece is a prelude to a full chakra healing album upcoming before the end of 2025. The goal of this single was to produce a song which would balance the mind and body while working in particular with the “Anahata,” the center of love and compassion. i.e., the heart.

Multiple scientific studies have proved that music, in general, can positively affect the human autonomic and parasympathetic nervous system as well as reduce stress, and the full effects of Solfeggio frequencies are still being studied. However, here is what we do know: Solfeggio frequencies are a set of six or more specific musical frequencies each with its own specific purposes. The original six frequencies are 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, and 852 Hz.

The 639 Hz frequency, which is what we have here in “Heart Chakra: 639 Hz,” is said to promote harmony in relationships, enhance emotional balance, and improve interpersonal communications. It is also believed to help dissolve emotional blockages and foster a sense of connection and love, leading, perhaps, to more harmonious relationships with family, friends, and partners.

This frequency is often used in sound therapy and energy healing practices to promote emotional balance and well-being. Allan also added binaural beats to the piece. Some believe that binaural beats can influence brainwave activity, a process called “brainwave entrainment,” which can also help people relax, sleep or focus.

What is particularly interesting and near and dear to Allan’s own heart is that he had a heart attack in 2019 and along with that a near death experience. This makes the song particularly poignant on many levels.

Through the skillful use of synths, pads and strings, singing bowls, flute, violin, bar chimes, kick drum, and field recordings of nighttime insects and animals, we have a truly beautiful song, straight from and for the heart.

"If I only had a heart. . ." Well, of course you have a heart. But, with all that goes on in the world, especially lately, you may have forgotten about it or felt disconnected from those heartfelt emotions we all have.
