Americas LNG receiving and transshipment station and 1.5 million cubic meter regasification station equipment shipped

On the afternoon of September 5, Houpu Global Clean Energy Co., Ltd. ("Houpu Global Company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Houpu Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd.(“The Group Company”), held a delivery ceremony for the LNG receiving and transshipment station and 1.5 million cubic meters of regasification station equipment for export to America in the general assembly workshop. This delivery marks a solid step forward for the group company in its internationalization process, demonstrating the company's outstanding technical strength and market development capabilities.

Mr. Song Fucai, President of the group company, and Mr. Liu Xing, Vice President of the group company, attended the delivery ceremony and witnessed this milestone moment together. At the delivery ceremony, Mr. Song highly praised the hard work and dedication of the project team and expressed his sincere gratitude. He emphasized: "The successful implementation of this project is not only the result of close cooperation and overcoming numerous difficulties among our technical team, project management team, production and manufacturing team, but also an important breakthrough for Houpu Global company on the road to internationalization. I hope that Houpu Global company will use this success as a driving force to continue to expand the international market with a more high-spirited fighting spirit, let Houpu products shine on the international stage, and strive to draw a new chapter in HOUPU's global clean energy."

The Americas LNG receiving and transshipment station and 1.5 million cubic meters gasification station project was undertaken by Houpu Global Company as the EP general contractor which provided a full range of services including engineering design, complete equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning guidance for the project. The engineering design of this project was carried out in accordance with American standards, and the equipment met international certifications such as ASME. The LNG receiving and transshipment station includes LNG receiving, filling, BOG recovery, regasification power generation and safe discharge systems, meeting the annual 426,000 tons of LNG receiving and transshipment requirements. The regasification station includes LNG unloading, storage, pressurized regasification and BOG utilization systems, and the daily regasification output can reach 1.5 million cubic meters of natural gas.

The exported LNG loading skids, BOG compression skids, storage tanks, vaporizers, submersible pumps, pump sump and hot water boilers are highly intelligent, efficient and stable in performance. They are at the highest level in the industry in terms of design, materials and selection of equipment. The company also provides customers with its independently developed HopNet equipment operation and maintenance supervision big data platform, which greatly improves the automation and intelligence level of the entire project.

Faced with the challenges of high standards, strict requirements and customized design of the project, Houpu Global company relied on its mature international project experience in the LNG industry, excellent technical innovation capabilities and efficient team collaboration mechanism, to overcome difficulties one by one. The project management team carefully planned and organized more than 100 meetings to discuss project details and technical difficulties, and to follow up on the progress schedule to ensure that every detail was refined; the technical team quickly adapted to the requirements of American standards and non-standard products, and flexibly adjusted the design plan to meet the diverse needs of customers. After the team's concerted efforts, the project was delivered on schedule and passed the acceptance inspection of a third-party agency at one time, winning high recognition and trust from customers, fully demonstrating HOUPU's advanced and mature LNG technology and equipment manufacturing level and strong delivery capabilities.
