The role of 3, 4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate in agriculture

3,4-Dimethylpyrazole-phosphate-CAS-202842-98-6-sample

1. Agricultural field

(1) Inhibition of nitrification: DMPP CAS 202842-98-6 can significantly inhibit the conversion of ammonium nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen in the soil. When added to agricultural fertilizers such as nitrogen fertilizers and compound fertilizers, it can reduce nitrogen fertilizer leaching or volatilization, keep ammonium nitrogen in the soil for a longer time, improve the utilization rate of nitrogen in fertilizers, and effectively extend the effective period of fertilizers, up to 4-10 weeks.

(2) Promote nutrient absorption: DMPP helps promote the effective absorption of trace elements and other nutrients by crops, regulate the pH value of rhizosphere soil, change soil structure, and enhance soil activity.

(3) Improve crop quality: DMPP can reduce the accumulation of NO₃⁻ in crops and harvested products, increase the content of vitamin C, amino acids, soluble sugars and zinc in agricultural products, and improve the quality of crops.

(4) Improve economic benefits: By increasing crop yields, reducing the number of fertilization operations and the amount of fertilizers used, the economic benefits of fertilization can be improved.

2.Medical field: DMPP and its derivatives have potential medicinal value and can be used as candidate drugs for antibacterial, antiviral or anti-tumor drugs. It is expected to develop new drugs with high efficiency, low toxicity and broad spectrum, but most of them are still in the research stage.

3. Materials science field: DMPP can be used as a precursor or additive for functional materials and combined with polymers, inorganic materials, etc. to prepare new materials with specific functions. DMPP has broad application prospects in electronics, optoelectronics, energy and other fields.

Advantages

(1) Green and environmentally friendly: The decomposition products in the soil are phosphate, water, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen oxides. It is friendly to environmental factors such as soil, microorganisms, and water bodies, will not cause long-term environmental pollution, and meets the requirements of green agriculture and sustainable development.

(2) High safety: DMPP is harmless to plants, has no residue in agricultural products, and is safe for humans and animals. (3) It will not harm human health and animal growth, and is relatively safe and reliable to use.

Good chemical stability: DMPP has good chemical stability. Under normal storage and use conditions, it can maintain the stability of its chemical structure and properties, is not easy to decompose and deteriorate, and is easy to store and transport.

(4) Easy to use: DMPP has good water solubility and can be mixed with fertilizers in solid granular form or in liquid form. It is highly flexible and easy to use in different agricultural production scenarios and fertilization methods.

(5) High efficiency and low toxicity: Only a small amount of addition is needed to exert a significant nitrification inhibition effect. A small amount of addition can effectively improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer, reduce fertilizer loss and environmental pollution, and has low toxicity and little negative impact on the ecosystem.
