Independent Proxy Advisory Firms ISS & Glass Lewis Recommend MicroVision Shareholders Vote FOR Proposals at Upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders

REDMOND, WA / ACCESSWIRE / May 3, 2023 / MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS), a leader in MEMS-based solid-state automotive lidar and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) solutions, today announced that leading independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS") and Glass Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis") have each recommended that MicroVision shareholders vote "FOR" the Company's proposals at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 17, 2023 at 9:00 am PT (the "Annual Meeting").

At the Annual Meeting, shareholders will be asked to elect seven director nominees, approve an amendment to the Company's certificate of incorporation increasing MicroVision's authorized shares of common stock from 210 million shares to 310 million shares, provide two advisory votes related to executive compensation, and ratify the appointment of auditors for the current fiscal year.
