The Vita Coco Company, Inc. Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

The Vita Coco Company, Inc. (“The Vita Coco Company” or the “Company”), a leading platform of high-growth better-for-you brands formerly known as All Market Inc., today announced that it has commenced an initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock. The offering consists of 2,500,000 shares of common stock offered by the Company and 9,000,000 shares of common stock to be sold by two of the Company’s existing stockholders, Verlinvest Beverages SA and RW VC S.a.r.l. The selling stockholders expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,725,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $18.00 and $21.00 per share. The Company has applied to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “COCO.”
