MDT Hosts First Annual Innovation Celebration Day

CUSO celebrates ongoing innovation initiative across the organization

The event is in recognition of the ongoing enterprise-wide innovation initiative the company has prioritized over the last four years.

Four years ago, MDT formed an internal Innovation Team to make sure new ideas and perspectives were encouraged and heard across all departments. The CUSO also began holding an annual Innovation Challenge, in which cross functional teams were formed throughout the organization to design, test and present ideas for how to improve the company through innovation. Many of those ideas have been implemented over the years, including a new partnership and a new service offering that MDT is rolling out later this year.

Tracie Loudermilk, senior manager, project management and consulting services for MDT, has been a member of the company’s Innovation Team for several years.
