Volato Closes Deal with Honda Aircraft Company

Confirming Delivery of 25 HondaJets over the next three years

Volato, the most innovative company in private aviation today announced that it has secured the delivery of 23 HondaJets from Honda Aircraft Company (HACI). Added to two previously-ordered jets this will result in 25 new aircraft for the Company. The new HondaJets will be delivered by the end of 2025.

Volato and HACI have forged a strong relationship since Volato took delivery of its first HondaJet in August 2021. Working together, they have optimized the customer experience including galley upgrades and improvements to maintenance programs. Volato has 17 HondaJets currently in the fleet and operates one of the most modern fleets in private aviation today.

"We are delighted to strengthen our relationship with Honda Aircraft Company, and we thank them for their continued support of Volato," said Matt Liotta, CEO of Volato. "This new order will allow us to meet the growing demand for private air travel customers who are looking for the most efficient and most luxurious cabin in the very light jet class.”

Volato is the world's largest operator of HondaJets, maintaining both ARGUS Platinum and IS-BAO Stage 2 safety certifications. The company also has the largest cadre of HondaJet pilots in the world, ensuring that passengers receive consistently reliable service.

The contract comes as Volato experiences significant demand for lift driven by robust growth of its unique fractional program, the Stretch Jet Card, Insider Deposit Program, and charter services.

Volato will also add four Gulfstream G280's to its fleet in 2024, providing a range of flight options for its growing membership and customer base.
