Technology Executive Hong Q. Hou Joins Semtech to Help Oversee Next Era of Growth

Semtech Corporation (Nasdaq: SMTC), a high-performance semiconductor, IoT systems and cloud connectivity service provider, today announced the appointment of Hong Q. Hou to the Company’s board of directors, effective July 1, 2023. Dr. Hou has extensive experience in product and business development as well as operations management having served in numerous leadership roles at technology companies with large global footprints. Dr. Hou also will join the compensation committee of the board.
