The donation represents the culmination of extensive fundraising efforts by Beazer Homes employees, bolstered by the generous contributions from partners who directly donated to Fisher House. Notably, all gifts received were magnified by the Beazer Charity Foundation, which provided a 150 percent match for all donations.

Speaking on behalf of Beazer Homes, President and CEO Allan Merrill underscored the company's deep-rooted partnership with Fisher House Foundation, highlighting its significance as the company’s national charity partner.

Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military and veteran families can stay at no cost while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.

“This annual fundraising event is not only an opportunity for collective action but a testament to our team’s passion for uplifting communities through volunteerism and giving back,” Merrill said.

Merrill further expressed gratitude to the teams and individuals whose extraordinary efforts resulted in the Beazer Charity Foundation's largest matching gift to date, a 77 percent increase in support from 2023 and totaling nearly $5 million for the nonprofit since 2017.

“Beazer builds in many of the communities where we have Fisher Houses across the country, and their support has really taken us to the next level. When Beazer Homes learns of a need locally, they don't wait to be asked for help. They come in and they are a part of the solution,” says David Coker, President of Fisher House Foundation. “We’re grateful for their generosity and for the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments together. It's absolutely inspirational.”

Among the sponsors contributing to this philanthropic endeavor were Beazer Homes national partners, including James Hardie, Daikin, Mohawk, Whirlpool, Builders FirstSource, Dupont, Sherwin-Williams, Moen, and more.

“The support from our partners demonstrates a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of military families across the nation,” Merrill said.

Additionally, Beazer Homes reaffirmed its dedication to charitable endeavors through its wholly-owned Charity Title Agency with its "100% of Profits to Charity" commitment. Through this pledge, all net profits from its title agency business are directed to the Beazer Charity Foundation, empowering employees to champion causes they are passionate about and contribute to their communities' well-being.
