“Tilly’s has been a proud partner of TLC’s since Tilly Levine founded it, and we are once again excited to be sponsoring this year’s annual charity golf event with all proceeds benefiting TLC,” said Mike Henry, Tilly’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. “TLC provides life-changing programs for teens that support their emotional wellness and enable them to learn critical life skills to cope with adversity in healthy ways, giving them the potential to grow into happy and productive individuals.”

The day will begin at 8 AM with a breakfast party featuring Miss Mini Donuts and Coffee, California Grill & Bar’s breakfast burritos and Bloody Marys from LAVA Craft Cocktails Co. Vox DJs will get the party started and keep the jams going all day long. A shotgun start will begin at 10 AM and end at 4 PM, with an after party, awards and live entertainment by the live, smooth yacht-rock band, Yachty by Nature, to close out the festivities. Registrants have the option to play in the tournament, which includes after party access, or are welcome to purchase tickets solely for the after party. Whichever they choose, it’ll be a day of excitement, golf and goodwill for local youth.

About TLC

The lack of resources and support for youth mental health services is alarming, especially considering the numerous and complex challenges our young people are facing today. TLC's emotional wellness program is helping to fill this gap by equipping teens with essential life skills and coping techniques that combat issues like suicide, anxiety, depression, bullying, school violence, substance abuse, and addiction. Through its "I Am Me" curriculum, TLC empowers youth to overcome adversity and crises by developing critical life skills through a series of lessons that include effective communication, stress management, responsible decision-making, goal setting, and more. By providing youth with ongoing opportunities to apply different wellness techniques, including guided discussions, journaling, mindfulness moments, art, and role-playing, teens adopt a positive mindset, enabling them to move past trauma, navigate challenges, and thrive.
