Agilysys Golf, Used by 13 of the Top 20 Resort Courses in the U.S., To Be Demonstrated at HITEC 2024 June 24 -27

— Golf Solution now performs independently or as part of the Agilysys PMS and POS Hospitality Ecosystems to improve revenue management and operating efficiencies for golf courses —

Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of hospitality software solutions and services, today announced the latest version of its Agilysys Golf Platform will be available for demonstrations in Booth #1239 at HITEC 2024 to be held at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, June 24th through 27th.

The Agilysys Golf platform is a modern, enterprise-grade, browser-based cloud solution for managing golf operations, optimizing pro shop revenue and staff efficiency, and for providing better service to club members, resort guests and public players through personalized, brand immersive experiences. Thirteen of the top 20 resort courses in the United States, as ranked in Golf Week’s Best 2024, are currently using the Agilysys Golf software to manage their golf course operations1.

The platform includes:

  • A commission-free booking engine that properties can easily adapt to reflect the look, feel and elements of their brand to deliver a seamless user experience. The booking engine can intelligently apply Dynamic Availability and Dynamic Pricing to reservations based on real-time capacity and demand factors. For example, popular day, time and course options can be presented only to members and not to resort guests and public players, and prices can be adjusted automatically based on time, utilization and other factors. Online prepaid capabilities and efficient charging for “no show” reservations can help protect revenue, especially for courses allowing public players.
  • A membership management module that enables tracking membership status and privileges by profile so that properties improve the quality of interactions with members, players, on-property guests and others, and enable acceptance of loyalty points, membership credits and other mechanisms for payment for dining, retail purchases, course fees and other items.
  • A marketing module to enhance player communications with automated messaging tailored to the recipient’s preferences.
  • A tee sheet application with built-in revenue management to optimize revenue and course utilization while efficiently managing tee times.

“Agilysys Golf combines exceptional revenue management, smart operating efficiencies, and attention to stand-out service required by golf courses that deliver extraordinary experiences for members, players and their guests,” said Frank Pitsikalis, SVP Product Strategy for Agilysys.

Mr. Pitsikalis continued, “Our Agilysys Golf Platform operates independently of our Hospitality Ecosystem for clubs not associated with hotels and can also work in concert with Agilysys PMS and Agilysys POS to enhance common profile data and synthesize experiences across golf and other amenities a property offers. The platform also includes sophisticated ways to deliver personalized service, such as managing reservation availability and pricing based on whether the person being served is a course member, a property guest, a community resident or other profile.”
