Orange County Business Journal once again recognizes Toshiba America Business Solutions' welcoming and affirming atmosphere by naming the solutions innovator a 2025 Best Place to Work in Orange County, California.

Toshiba was recognized this year and last for scoring favorably on an employee survey, anonymously conducted by the Orange County Business Journal and Workforce Research Group. This countywide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county's economy, its workforce and businesses.

Organizations throughout the county entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County. The combined scores of the evaluations determined the top organizations and the final ranking. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Orange County while analyzing the data and utilizing their expertise to determine the final ranking.

"The Business Journal's Best Places to Work is a highly coveted honor that Orange County's top companies strive to earn and is the most prestigious award of its type in Southern California," says Orange County Business Journal Editor in Chief Peter J. Brennan. "Toshiba is a long-time and well-respected member of the Orange County business community."

Toshiba's workforce was in better than 90% positive agreement about their company in the following five areas: Core Employee Experience; My Job; Communication and Workplace Culture; Relationship with Your Manager; Diversity and Inclusion.
