ISG to Study Oracle Cloud and Technology Providers

Upcoming ISG Provider Lens® report will evaluate providers enabling AI and cloud transformation through Oracle’s expanding partner ecosystem

Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, has launched a research study examining the ecosystem of service providers supporting Oracle-based digital transformation by enterprises worldwide.

The study results will be published in a series of comprehensive ISG Provider Lens® reports, called Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem Providers, scheduled to be released in January 2026. The reports will cover companies offering specialized services in professional consulting, managed services and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) capabilities.

Enterprise buyers will be able to use information from the reports to evaluate their current vendor relationships, potential new engagements and available offerings, while ISG advisors use the information to recommend providers to the firm’s buy-side clients.

Oracle has strengthened its leadership in AI and cloud infrastructure through AI-centric innovations across its application and platform portfolio. Ongoing investments in OCI and the Fusion Applications software as a service (SaaS) suite enable a wide range of integrated business applications to meet diverse enterprise needs. Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as OpenAI, Meta and NVIDIA, Oracle is empowering enterprises to harness their own data and AI models.

“Oracle is broadening its ecosystem to provide advanced cloud and AI capabilities that improve scalability and deliver measurable outcomes to enterprises,” said Aman Munglani, senior director and principal analyst at ISG. “Leading Oracle providers are also guiding enterprises to enhance operational efficiency with deep Oracle expertise and a broad range of services.”

ISG has distributed surveys to nearly 60 providers. Working in collaboration with ISG’s global advisors, the research team will produce three quadrants representing the Oracle-related services the typical enterprise is buying, based on ISG’s experience working with its clients. The three quadrants are:

  • Professional Services, evaluating providers offering strategic and implementation support for Oracle solutions, including OCI and Fusion Applications. Their key services include strategic advisory, cloud readiness assessments, application migration and change management. Providers are examined on their ability to use enabling technologies such as GenAI and agentic AI for seamless integration and innovation.
  • Managed Services, assessing managed service providers (MSPs) based on their Oracle portfolio specializations. These MSPs go beyond traditional IT support, serving as strategic partners that drive defined business outcomes for enterprises, offering flexible delivery models and strong security frameworks.
  • OCI Solutions and Capabilities, covering service providers specializing in OCI and offering support through infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) models. Providers are evaluated on their ability to modernize IT environments, enhance cloud operations and enable digital transformation using OCI services.

Geographically focused reports from the study will cover the global Oracle cloud and technology ecosystem market and examine products and services available in the U.S., Europe, Brazil and Asia Pacific. ISG analysts Roman Pelzel (Europe), Siddharth Idnani (U.S.), Maharshi Pandya (Asia Pacific), Sonam Vijay Chawla (Asia Pacific) and Cristiane Tarricone (Brazil) will serve as authors of the reports.

A list of identified providers and vendors and further details on the study are available in this digital brochure. Companies not listed as Oracle service providers can contact ISG and ask to be included in the study.

All 2025 ISG Provider Lens® evaluations feature expanded customer experience (CX) data that measures actual enterprise experience with specific provider services and solutions, based on ISG’s continuous CX research. Enterprise customers wishing to share their experience about a specific provider or vendor are encouraged to complete this online survey. Participants will receive a copy of this report in return for their feedback.
