ISG to Study Oracle Cloud and Technology Providers

The three quadrants are:

  • Professional Services, evaluating providers offering strategic and implementation support for Oracle solutions, including OCI and Fusion Applications. Their key services include strategic advisory, cloud readiness assessments, application migration and change management. Providers are examined on their ability to use enabling technologies such as GenAI and agentic AI for seamless integration and innovation.
  • Managed Services, assessing managed service providers (MSPs) based on their Oracle portfolio specializations.   • OCI Solutions and Capabilities, covering service providers specializing in OCI and offering support through infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS) models.
