Ablyea Expands Fiberglass-Free, Bamboo-Fiber Mattress Collection With Hybrid Support

By: Get News
New lineup features bamboo-fiber covers, fiberglass-free fire barriers, and hybrid foam-and-coil construction designed for cooler, safer, and more consistent sleep experiences.

Ablyea today announced the expansion of its fiberglass-free mattress collection that combines bamboo-fiber sleep surfaces with hybrid foam-and-coil support, advancing the company’s materials platform with an emphasis on cooling, comfort, and safer construction. The collection features four models—Ocean Hybrid, Grey Luxe Hybrid, Bamboo Breeze Pro Hybrid, and Snowflake Hybrid—offered in Twin, Full, Queen, and King sizes, with profiles ranging from 10 to 14 inches depending on the model.

At the center of the lineup is a bamboo-fiber knit cover designed for a soft feel while helping move heat away from the body. In product development testing, Ablyea reported up to 27 percent faster thermal dissipation on the Bamboo Breeze Pro Hybrid and 1.5x to 2x higher breathability on select models compared with the company’s earlier-generation fabrics. Each model pairs these fabrics with hybrid construction that integrates memory foam and individually wrapped coils to provide contouring comfort, motion isolation, and edge support.

All models are built without fiberglass. Instead of the glass-fiber fire socks often found in the category, Ablyea uses a flame-retardant cotton barrier within a multi-layer design. That structure also incorporates gel memory foam, high-density support foam, and an anti-slip base. The coil units use individually encased springs intended to reduce partner disturbance while maintaining consistent support across the sleep surface, including the perimeter.

“Shoppers shouldn’t have to choose between cooling, support, and peace of mind,” said a spokesperson for Ablyea. “By combining a renewable bamboo-fiber cover with a fiberglass-free fire barrier and a hybrid core, we set a clear direction for our platform: better materials, better rest, and performance goals that matter in everyday use.”

To accommodate a range of sleep preferences, each of the four models emphasizes a different comfort profile. The Ocean Hybrid is designed for balanced support with breathable fabric, while the Grey Luxe Hybrid offers a softer feel with adaptive pressure relief. The Bamboo Breeze Pro Hybrid is engineered for enhanced airflow with reinforced edges, and the Snowflake Hybrid combines gel-infused foams with responsive coils for temperature regulation throughout the night. All models are compatible with standard foundations, including traditional frames and adjustable bases, and are delivered compressed in a box for at-home setup.

“We built this collection for real bedrooms and real routines,” the Ablyea CEO added. “From side sleepers looking for contouring to couples seeking motion control, the shared design features, a bamboo-fiber surface, fiberglass-free barrier, and hybrid support, create a consistent experience across sizes and thicknesses.”

Ablyea structured the line to simplify comparisons within each SKU family while keeping specifications consistent. The company noted that measured outcomes for airflow, pressure relief, and edge stability will guide future updates, with incremental improvements expected across fabrics and coil systems. The approach reflects a platform strategy in which cooling, support, and safety are treated as essential standards rather than optional add-ons.
