Perle Cotton Threads For Embroidery, Hand-Dyed Colorfast Collection Launched

Valdani, a North American thread maker and retailer, has a new collection of perle cotton threads for embroidery that is completely hand-dyed and colorfast.

Valdani’s new perle cotton embroidery threads have been made with 100% natural Egyptian perle long-staple cotton to give users soft and durable thread. Their new collection also showcases their new naturally hand-dyed thread technology, which offers bright, vivid and deep long-lasting colors that Valdani guarantees to be completely colorfast.

More information is available at https://www.valdani.com/product/perle-cotton

The thread makers have also created a new line of both solid and variegated threads, giving embroiderers over 150 new solid shades and 170 new variegates. Shoppers are now able to purchase these shades individually or in carefully curated collections that have been assembled by Valdani’s design team and luminaries from the American crafting community.

One popular new designer collection is Autumn by The Old Tattered Flag, which has been designed by Julie Thomas. This pack of 12 distinct threads contains softly warm and nostalgic fall shades that Valdani recommends to embroiderers who want to craft projects with muted sage, rose and mustard tones, complemented by the brighter touch of autumnal leaves.

Also popular is A Cottage Garden: The Book which has been designed by Kathy Cardiff. This multi-hued collection also channels the shades of nature, but it showcases brighter colors that embody the pinks, purples and cherry reds of spring flowers.

The thread retailers’ new perle cotton threads are also available in three functional sizes: 5, 8 and 12. With this combination of fine, medium and heavy thread, Valdani believes they can give their embroiderers both the best coverage and depth for any project.

Valdani has been making and selling specialist embroidery thread to the North American crafting community since 1998. In addition to embroidery thread, they create perle cotton thread for sewing, quilting, stitching, and more.

A spokesperson for the thread makers said, “By closely working with renowned designers of textile art, we can offer you many stunning designer collections. They have been created either as pattern specific collection, or the color palette a famous designer uses in her creations. We carry collections in all perle cotton products that we produce.”
