Gender Wellness of Los Angeles, a mental health treatment program for LGBTQ, will hold its first-ever Speed Friending event where nonbinary and transgender individuals can forge new friendships on Saturday, May 31 at 5:30 pm on the rooftop of the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

Los Angeles, United States, May 17, 2025 -- Gender Wellness of Los Angeles, one of the nation’s leading practices dedicated to gender and sexual orientation-specific mental healthcare, is kicking off LGBTQ+ Pride Month one day early with its first-ever Speed Friending event, a take-off on the popular Speed Dating trend but designed for young members of the nonbinary and transgender community to forge new friendships with others who share a common life experience. The event will be held on Saturday, May 31 starting at 5:30 pm on the rooftop of the Los Angeles LGBT Center (1118 North McCadden, Los Angeles).
