Chicago facility, Elite RF designs and manufactures solid-state low- to high-power RF power amplifiers, up to 18 GHz in frequency and 100+ kW in output. The company’s unique block-build design approach - developed through investing millions of dollars in creating modular RF building blocks (pre-drivers, drivers, controllers, etc.) - has created a vast design library. This enables Elite RF to deliver custom amplifier solutions in record time, often transitioning rapidly from prototype to high-volume production. More than 70% of Elite RF’s orders are custom-built modules or systems, with all of them expanding into large-volume contracts once prototypes are approved.

In addition to custom solutions, Elite RF offers an extensive catalogue of off-the-shelf wideband RF amplifiers for defence applications. Popular continuous-wave (CW) modules include:

20 MHz – 6 GHz, 20 W
500 MHz – 2.5 GHz, 100 W
2 GHz – 18 GHz, 20 W

Elite RF amplifiers are available in multiple configurations, including 19-inch 2U rackmounts, customer-defined enclosures, and integrated system formats with embedded controls, giving defense customers maximum flexibility.
