Booz Allen Ranked #1 Among “Best Places to Work in Kentucky”

--News Direct--

Booz Allen Ranked #1 Among “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.

“[Booz Allen] is a firm where employee voices are heard and where they matter. Their motto—Empower People to Change the World—isn’t new, and it has meaning. Employees receive the tools to help them be successful, management that supports their careers, and advancement opportunities.” – 2021 Best Places to Work in Kentucky Awards

Every year, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management name the Best Places to Work in Kentucky based on a comprehensive survey of employees in the state. In 2021, Booz Allen ranked first among large companies with more than 500 employees.

Booz Allen began operating in Kentucky in 1998 and opened its Radcliff location in May 2007. The office has placed in the top five Best Places to Work in Kentucky for five consecutive years and has made the top 30 for all 12 years the firm has participated in the survey.

A deep-rooted and resilient regional presence

Booz Allen’s Radcliff employees support critical missions for clients including the Army’s operations at Fort Knox, providing engineering, program management, policy, and governance expertise for human capital applications, operations expertise for the Army Reserve’s Mission Training Complex, and more—support that remained strong throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

“From our long-term client relationships to our recent success transitioning staff to remote client support, the team at Booz Allen Radcliff has much to be proud of,” said Mike Tharpe, Senior Associate at Booz Allen. “We’re honored to be named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky and look forward to supporting Fort Knox and other clients in their vital work as we continue to grow.”

Nationwide kudos as a workplace of choice

This is the latest of several regional workplace honors for Booz Allen. In June, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch named the firm’s St. Louis-O’Fallon office among its 2021 top workplaces. In November 2020, the San Diego Union-Tribune named Booz Allen’s San Diego office among its Top Workplaces for the third straight year and gave the office its second Spotlight Award for Innovation for encouraging new ideas.

On a national level, Booz Allen has recently been named:
