Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (“the Trust”) has filed Form 10-K/A with the SEC containing its amended Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2024. The 10-K was amended to include the consolidated financial statements of Penney Intermediate Holdings LLC for the Year Ended February 1, 2025, which were not available when the Annual Report on Form 10-K was initially filed.

Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the “Trust”) was established to acquire 160 retail properties and 6 warehouse distribution centers (the “Properties”) from J.C. Penney as part of its Chapter 11 plan of reorganization. The Trust’s operations consist solely of owning, leasing and selling the Properties.
