Railtown AI Technologies Inc. Announces the Appointment of Dr. Eldad Haber to the Company's Board of Advisors

Burnaby, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 14, 2023) - Railtown AI Technologies Inc. (CSE: RAIL) ("Railtown" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that University of British Columbia professor Dr. Eldad Haber will be joining the company's Board of Advisors.

Dr. Haber is a Professor of Computational Sciences and an NSERC Industrial Research Chair at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Haber is working in the field of computational inverse problems with applications in machine learning, geosciences, and medical imaging.

Over the last 20 years, Dr. Haber has written various commercial software packages that have been widely adopted by industry. Dr. Haber has also written or co-authored over 150 peer reviewed publications on computational problems and is a U.S. Department of Energy Career Award recipient. After completing his PhD, he spent several years as a research scientist with Schlumberger and nine years at Emory University in Atlanta at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2011, Eldad co-founded Computational Geosciences Inc and in 2017 he co-founded at Xtract.ai (Acquired by Patriot One).

Dr. Haber is also a SIAM Fellow (Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics) for his contributions in computational inverse problems, differential equations, statistical and optimization techniques, deep learning, and multi-scale methods.
