Bhavesh Bhavsar chosen as Top Executive Scientist of the Year by IAOTP

With over two decades of professional experience as a Pharmaceutical Professional and Executive Scientist, Mr. Bhavsar has certainly proven himself as accomplished and he is an expert in the field. He is a dynamic results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout his entire career. Currently, Mr. Bhavsar is the Vice President of KriGen Pharmaceuticals LLC, Executive Director at KriGen Pharma Pvt Ltd, Managing Director & CEO at Vetsi Pharma. He provides his extraordinary leadership by selecting good teams, training them and meeting organizational expectations on time.

Mr. Bhavsar has recently created a new formulation of an anticancer drug. When compared to the complex development method, the minimal investment, short production time, and high success rate of this technology's dosage forms to improve patients' adherence significantly outweigh their disadvantages. His new, patented technology is the way of the future.

His impressive repertoire of prior roles includes working as a pharmaceutical professional and having a technical background. Mr. Bhavsar served as Deputy General Manager of R&D at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Senior Manager and Team Leader at Astron Research Limited (Intas Pharma), Executive at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Centre, and Executive for Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Mr. Bhavsar has extensive skills and expertise in Pharmaceutical Science, drug product formulation, Research and Development, analytic method development, quality, modified release solid dosage forms, compliance, regulatory affairs, process optimization, development process, technology transfer from lab scale to commercial/Site transfer and dossier extension projects for various regulated markets., cleaning validation, drug delivery in vitro and in vivo correlation establishment, patent analysis, generic programming, GMP, ANDA, SOP, eCTD, and hunting potential products for 505(b) 2 applications, hands on expertise to deal with complex modified products (like as pellets and Oros technology and successful execution). He is well versed in CMO/CDMO business model and establishing green field projects of R&D center and production plant. Able to prepare the layout, budget of project and timely execution and good command on AutoCAD and MS Project and setup two entire R&D project and greenfield large scale production plant in stipulated timeline with quality output.

Before choosing his current career path, Mr. Bhavsar earned his US Educational equivalence Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution of B.K. Mody Government College, India.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Bhavsar was recognized worldwide for his notable contributions, outstanding leadership and commitment to the pharmaceutical industry. He has received awards, accolades and has been featured in some publications. IAOTP will consider Mr. Bhavsar to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and he was selected as IAOTP’s Top Executive Scientist of the Year for 2022. Next year he will be considered for an exclusive interview on TIP Radio and for the Lifetime Achievement Award from IAOTP. As an active member within the pharmaceutical industry, he is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Chemistry, UK and Global Journal USA. He is an editor/editorial board member of scientific international pharmaceuticals journals and books. He is an active Reviewer (with over 24 reviews to his credit) in many well-known International Pharmaceutical Journals. He has taken many certifications and studied to maintain his quality work ethics. he serves as an Editorial Committee Member of “FLOURISH” at the Arihant School of Pharmacy & Bio-Research Institute in Gujarat, India.

In addition to his successful career, Mr. Bhavsar also holds more than 6 patents for pharmaceuticals, and he is a highly sought-after presenter and keynote speaker and judge at national and international conferences and global webinars. He has taken many certifications and studied to maintain his quality work ethics.
