Bernard D’Andrea chosen for IAOTP’s Hall of Fame

Bernard G. D’Andrea is the Director & Officer of the Elite Beverage International Corporation. He will be inducted into the exclusive Hall of Fame by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). His expertise and extraordinary talents have afforded him this merit.

Inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor, only 10 IAOTP members are inducted into the exclusive Hall of Fame. These special honorees are distinguished based on their longevity in their fields, their contributions they have made to society and the impact they had on their industries. Bernard D’Andrea has dedicated more than forty years of his life’s work to the hospitality industry. He is a dynamic results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout his entire career.

Currently, Mr. D’Andrea is the Director, Officer, Chairman and Secretary for the Elite Beverage International Corporation. Current Products of Elite Beverage International are Tequila Comisario, Sensi Italian Wines, and Talon Drinks.

His impressive repertoire of prior roles included but are not limited to: A. Smith Bowman Distillery from 1995-2000 Distributor for Panama and South America; Owner of the Brand and Label Tutto Wines, Castello Italian Beer from Italy (2000-2008), Azzurina Italian Mineral Water (2000-2010), Wines from Chile (1980-2000). Mr. D’Andrea was a founder and director of a California Water Bottling Company from 2000-2008.

From 1977-1985, Mr. D’Andrea worked in Investments with Insurance Wall Street firms and from there went into banking after working in South America where he worked in Home Financing and Mortgages. These investment firms were specializing in consulting with established companies and IPO’s., Wall Street was the reason he began working and expanded his services to companies in South America and then joined Europea Consolidata S.A. The South American companies produced food, juice and wine products for worldwide consumption.

Some of Mr. D’Andrea’s most notable accomplishments as a prominent business professional encompass his role in the founding and operating of the Universal Group Multinational Corp which he worked from 1985-present and was successor to European Consolidata S.A. of San Paulo Brazil, where he was the acting North American Director. Mr. D’Andrea was responsible for exporting both Brazilian and Chilian products from there worldwide. Multinational Corp was the t/a for UGMC and is a federally permitted Importer for spirits, beer and wines for self-distribution of those products in the USA.

Before embarking on his professional career path, Mr. D’Andrea attended Delbarton School, Fordham University, College of Business Administration where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. While at Fordham, Mr. D’Andrea was featured for 2 years in Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities and was awarded with a Mernbership in Alpha Beta Kappa a national; Business Fraternity. He and was Student Council President, and a University Council member serving as Chairman of the University Student Council.

Throughout his remarkable career, Mr. D’Andrea has received numerous awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for his dedication to the Hospitality industry. This year Mr. D’Andrea is being considered for an exclusive interview on TIP Radio and for the Hospitality Expert of the Decade award. He was chosen as the Top Professional of the Year in Hospitality for 2020 and was honored as a Lifetime Achievement Awardee in 2021. He graced the front cover of TIP Magazine and was featured on the famous Reuters billboard in Times Square NYC. In past years, Mr. D’Andrea was featured in numerous Who’s Who recognitions, he was named a Top Professional of Hospitality by Strathmore Who’s Who and received the Businessman of the Year Award as well as the Wharton School of Business Award for the best business plan for a family run business in 1998.

Additionally, Mr. D’Andrea is an active member of his community where he was member of Rotary International, Toms River Ocean County. He was the first appointed Recycling Director for reusable products (1975-1978), in Toms River New jersey. Still belongs to The National Republican Committee and The Knights of Columbus.

Looking back, Mr. D’Andrea attributes his achievements to his perseverance, his passion for creativeness and remaining engaged in all his business endeavors. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Kathleen, four children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren. For the future, Mr. D’Andrea will continue to serve in the hospitality field with professionalism and effectiveness.
