The Shannon Rose Irish Pubs in Clifton and Ramsey, NJ Celebrate Pride Month with a Specialty Cocktail

Proceeds from the Cocktail will Benefit Pride Center of New Jersey, an Organization Dedicated to the Health and Well-being of Area LGBTQ Community Members

To celebrate Pride Month while supporting a local LGBTQ organization, The Shannon Rose Irish Pub, with locations in Clifton, NJ, and Ramsey, NJ, is featuring a new, special Pride Month cocktail throughout June.

Named “Sally’s Go-Go Juice”, this specialty cocktail is made from New York Vodka, fresh lemon juice, passion tea syrup, club soda, and Peychaud’s Bitters. The drink is then garnished with an edible flower and a miniature Pride flag.

“The Shannon Rose is all about community,” said Ed Doherty (he/him/his), Chairman, and CEO of Doherty Enterprises who own The Shannon Rose. “And this month, The Shannon Rose is thrilled to celebrate all the colors of the rainbow – not just green – as we celebrate with the LGBTQ community and provide support to our friends at the Pride Center of New Jersey.”

In an effort to support the LGBTQ community, The Shannon Rose will donate a portion of the specialty cocktail proceeds to the Pride Center of New Jersey, a Gay & lesbian organization in Highland Park, New Jersey dedicated to the health and well-being of all individuals in the LGBTQ New Jersey community.

“Sally’s Go-Go Juice” will be available from June 1st through June 30th at the restaurants Clifton, NJ, and Ramsey, NJ locations. The Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Clifton is located at 98 Kingsland Road. And The Shannon Rose Irish Pub in Ramsey is located at 1200 New Jersey Rte. 17.
