Nightstick Launches New Motion Sensing Headlamp W/ Dual-Light

Spotlight. Floodlight. Dual-Light. No-touch control. 410 lumens. Rugged and wave-activated for dirty, tough jobs. The NSP-4400B keeps your hands free for smart, focused performance.

(PRUnderground) May 6th, 2025

Nightstick, a global leader in professional-grade portable lighting, unveils the NSP-4400B, the motion activated, Dual-Light headlamp purpose-built for the real conditions faced by utility field crews, maintenance techs, construction teams, and other industrial professionals.

Featuring a 320 lumen spotlight and a downward angled 225 lumen floodlight, the versatile 4400B delivers a strong 410 lumens in Dual-Light mode, combining long-range visibility with close-up task lighting. Its motion sensor activation lets users wave a hand to turn the light on or off, ideal when wearing heavy gloves, handling dirty tools, or working overhead.

The 4400B is equipped with a ratcheting head for beam angle adjustment and a blue LED indicator to signal motion mode activation as well acting as a battery status indicator. Built tough, water-resistant at IP-54, and powered by three included AAA batteries, it’s designed to survive real world job site abuse while delivering 5 hours of runtime.

“When your hands are greasy, gloved, or busy holding tools, the last thing you want is to fumble with a switch,” says Russell Hoppe, Marketing Director at Nightstick. “The 4400B headlamp was made to move with you, not slow you down. It lets you control your light instantly with just a wave, no need to stop what you’re doing.”

Whether on a hard hat, ball cap, or worn directly, the NSP-4400B headlamp from Nightstick delivers smart, focused performance.

Spotlight. Floodlight. No-touch control. Because your hands are already busy.
