Kore Mining (OTCQB: KOREF) (TSXV: KORE) Receives Favorable Ruling From U.S. District Court On Its Long Valley Drill Program

Kore Mining, Ltd. (OTCQB: KOREF) (TSXV: KORE) is a Vancouver-based gold mining company, which is focused on developing its Imperial and Long Valley gold assets located in California. U.S.-listed shares of the gold mining company are rallying 33% through afternoon trading on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. Over the past thirty days, Kore Mining has seen average daily volume of 55,516 shares. However, volume of 132,790 shares or dollar volume of around $4,249, has already exchanged hands through afternoon trading.

Shares of Kore Mining are rallying after the company announced a U.S. District Court ruled in favor of the United States Forest Service (USFS), KORE Mining was given the green light to proceed with its Long Valley 2023 exploration drill program, which was put on hold during the court case between NGOs and the USFS. KORE, with its authorization upheld, is set to launch an exploration initiative in the summer/fall of 2023 – stay tuned for more details on the program to be revealed in the weeks ahead.

KORE’s team has partnered with the USFS to reduce any potential cultural and environmental impacts from the exploration program. Utilizing modern technology and existing roads, disturbances will be minimized; pre-disturbance cultural surveys will be conducted, drill cuttings will be removed, and there will be no water or waste discharge. Following completion of the project, an intensive clean-up process will be implemented to ensure no long-term environmental repercussions and that no permanent structures are left behind.

The Long Valley Project is brimming with an estimated 1,217,000 ounces of Indicated gold and 453,000 ounces of Inferred gold – potential opportunities to expand shallow oxide mineralization in all directions that could result in an extended mine life, decreased capital intensity and a higher return on investment. KORE Mining is devoted to producing value responsibly from its selection of golden possessions in California, USA, actively working towards developing the Imperial project while continuing to investigate its holdings in both the Imperial and Long Valley regions.
