Laser Focus World is an industry bedrock—first published in 1965 and still going strong. We publish original articles about cutting-edge advances in lasers, optics, photonics, sensors, and quantum technologies, as well as test and measurement, and the shift currently underway to usher in the photonic integrated circuits, optical interconnects, and copackaged electronics and photonics to deliver the speed and efficiency essential for data centers of the future.

Our 80,000 qualified print subscribers—and 130,000 12-month engaged online audience—trust us to dive in and provide original journalism you won’t find elsewhere covering key emerging areas such as laser-driven inertial confinement fusion, lasers in space, integrated photonics, chipscale lasers, LiDAR, metasurfaces, high-energy laser weaponry, photonic crystals, and quantum computing/sensors/communications. Find Homeless People, Inc. Provides Outreach Medical Services in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA

In Partnership with the Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF) for Underserved and Vulnerable Communities

Find Homeless People, Inc., a California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization partnered with the Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF) to provide healthy meals and essential medical services to underserved and vulnerable individuals and families throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Together, our goal in Los Angeles County is to minimize the disparities in food supply and provide health care access and healing to those who need it most.

Each week, Find Homeless People, Inc. and CNHF’s mobile clinic sets up in various locations throughout Los Angeles County to provide a free healthy lunch and medical services to those in need who don’t have the ability to visit any of CNHF’s network of Medicare-certified federally qualified health centers serving Los Angeles County and Orange County.

FindHomelessPeople.org volunteers and CNHF’s mobile clinic will visit the community’s most impacted areas such as the encampments found beneath freeways and densely populated streets. Medical services offered include, but are not limited to:

– COVID Vaccines/Testing
– Physical Exam
– Staple or Suture Removal
– Basic Meds Refills
– Wound Care
– Screen for STI’s including Syphilis, Chlamydia, and Gonorrhea
– Referrals to HIV and STI Treatment
– PrEP and PEP Services

A free bountiful healthy lunch is provided for those in need at the location who visit the mobile clinic and take advantage of our medical services outreach program.

There are no gimmicks. Lunch and medical services are provided for free at our mobile clinic and lunch service setups.

FindHomelessPeople.org asks if you know of a homeless or underserved community that needs access to medical services and a nutritious lunch, please contact their office and they will arrange to send the mobile clinic to that location.
