May 18, 2021 /3BL Media/ - Rockwell Automation announced today it was recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2021. Rockwell ranked 356 out of 500 companies to earn this prestigious award.  

The Best Employers for Diversity companies were selected based on an independent survey of more than 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people. Respondents were asked questions regarding the topics of age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ and general diversity concerning their own employer. Participants were also able to evaluate other employers in their respective industries.

“Creating an environment where all employees can and want to do their best work is key to our success,” said Bobby Griffin, Rockwell Automation’s vice president and chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer. “This award is especially meaningful because it comes from our employees and is evidence of our continued efforts to build a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce and culture.”
