For 2022, KeyBank received a score of 100 on the HRC’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace and marketplace equality. KeyBank joins over 840 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year. The Corporate Equality Index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies, practices and benefits pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees and consumers.
