Tapestry Joins Catalyst As It Works To Create a More Equitable, Inclusive, and Empowered Workplace

At Tapestry, we’re creating a more equitable, inclusive, and empowered workplace for our employees. As part of this journey, through the Tapestry Foundation, we are now an official member of Catalyst Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to building workplaces that work for women.

In support of this work, our CEO Joanne Crevoiserat has joined Catalyst’s CEO Champions for Change, an initiative that brings together CEOs and senior leaders from more than 70 companies who are supporting and driving diversity, inclusion, and gender equity within their organizations.

Through this initiative, we’ll continue to strengthen our equity, diversity and inclusion metrics, policies and practices across Tapestry; review and improve the pipeline of women of diverse backgrounds for advancement and empower them with a strong support system; and identify and work to reduce any structural barriers or bias that may exist and do everything we can to continue to build an inclusive workplace culture.
