DALY BMS launch of its new 500W Portable Charger (Charging Ball), expanding its charging product lineup following the well-received 1500W Charging Ball.

This new 500W model, together with the existing 1500W Charging Ball, forms a dual-line solution covering both industrial operations and outdoor activities. Both chargers support 12-84V wide voltage output, compatible with lithium-ion and lithium iron phosphate batteries. The 500W Charging Ball is ideal for industrial equipment like electric stackers and lawn mowers (suitable for ≤3kWh scenarios), while the 1500W version fits outdoor devices such as RVs and golf carts (suitable for ≤10kWh scenarios).

Equipped with high-efficiency power modules, the chargers support 100-240V global wide voltage input and deliver true constant power output.With IP67 waterproof rating, they work normally even when immersed in water for 30 minutes. Notably, they can intelligently connect with DALY BMS via Bluetooth APP for real-time data monitoring and OTA updates, ensuring full-link safety protection. The 500W model features an aluminum alloy case for anti-vibration and anti-electromagnetic interference, perfect for industrial environments.

DALY’s chargers have obtained FCC and CE certifications. Looking ahead, a 3000W high-power charger is under development to complete the "low-medium-high" power echelon, continuing to provide efficient charging solutions for lithium battery devices worldwide.
